Emergency Critical Care
Jenefer Stillion BS, DVM, ACVECC
Dr. Jenefer Stillion was born and raised in Colorado where she earned her veterinary degree from Colorado State University in 2004. She then went on to complete a one year internship in small animal medicine and surgery and continued to practice emergency medicine in the Denver metropolitan area.
In 2012, Dr. Stillion completed a residency at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and became a board-certified specialist in small animal Emergency and Critical Care Medicine. Following completion of her residency, she moved her family to Calgary and has enjoyed living next to the Canadian Rockies since. Her professional interests include treatment of trauma and shock, transfusion medicine and sepsis.
In her free time, Dr. Stillion enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, cooking and enjoying the great outdoors. She shares her home with three very spoiled cats, two guinea pigs and one hamster.

Emergency Critical Care
Tara Fetzer DVM, DACVECC
Dr. Tara Fetzer grew up in the Lehigh Valley and attended Northampton Community College to obtain her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology in 2005. She went on to obtain her Bachelor's Degree in Large Animal Sciences from Delaware Valley University in 2008. She then moved to Raleigh for veterinary school and graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University in 2012. Dr. Fetzer completed a one year small-animal internship at Texas A&M in 2013. She completed her Emergency Critical Care Residency at the University of Wisconsin in 2016 and that same year became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care.
She worked as a board certified Critical Care Specialist at a large emergency and specialty referral hospital in Bergen County, NJ for several years prior to moving back to Lehigh Valley and worked at a. local specialty and ER center for several years before venturing out on her own to provide locus critical care coverage and consultation services. With a passion for lifelong learning Dr. Fetzer also worked as an Adjunct Instructor in the LCCC/NCC Veterinary Nursing Program and provides administrative support for the program as well.
Dr. Fetzer's clinical interests include trauma, sepsis, toxicities, and transfusion medicine. She has a passion for working with disaster preparedness and emergency response teams and has been fortunate to be involved with various groups including the Texas Veterinary Emergency Team. Dr. Fetzer also enjoys teaching and has lectured at numerous veterinary conferences. She is a member of several committees of the American College of Emergency and Critical Care, Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society, as well as state and local organizations. In her spare time Dr. Fetzer enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and hanging out with her rescue dog, Miles, and cat Katy.
