Adesola Odunayo

Dr. Adesola Odunayo is The Michael Schaer Distinguished Professor of Emergency and CriticalCare at the University of Florida. She obtained her DVM from Oklahoma State University in2005 and completed an Emergency and Critical Care Residency at the University ofMissouri in 2010. She worked as a clinical instructor at Auburn University from 2010-2012and became a clinical associate professor at the University of Tennessee during her tenurethere from 2012-2021. She has worked at the University of Florida since 2021 and has awide variety of clinical and research interests, including acid-suppression, transfusionmedicine and venous access. However, the favorite part of her job is being by her patients’bedside.
