Room Rate: $279+ 10.8% tax double occupancy + $30 resort fee per day
Cancellations for individual guest rooms made within 7 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservations period and all applicable taxes and fees. Any deposits received will be utilized towards said cancellation fee and any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card on file; or if guaranteed to the Master Account, the Master Account will be charged for all applicable individual guestroom cancellation fees. Reservations are refundable if cancelled outside 7 days of arrival.
Individual Guestroom Deposit. All reservations must be (i) guaranteed by a major credit card; or (ii) guaranteed by the Master Account. Seven (7) days prior to arrival, the final deposit is due, is non-refundable, and will be equal to any remaining balance including room rate and all applicable taxes and fees. Resort will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
• Upon check in, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card, on which an amount of sufficient pre- authorization can be obtained to cover all applicable room charges for the length of the guest’s stay, plus the anticipated use of the Resort’s ancillary services. All charges which are the direct responsibility of the individual attendee must be paid in full upon departure by credit card.

Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation
Lindsey Fry, DVM, DACVSMR
Dr. Lindsey Fry grew up in Boulder Colorado and attended Colorado State University for veterinary school. During her veterinary training she was certified in medical acupuncture and her passion for pain management and mobility was sparked, she would eventually be an instructor in the course. She pursued a rotating internship at the University of Wisconsin Madison and then returned to Fort Collins, CO to work in general practice. She quickly joined the team at Fort Collins Veterinary Emergency and Rehabilitation hospital and was a founding member of the rehabilitation and pain management service there. She completed her rehabilitation training and certification through the University of Tennessee in 2011 and became a certified veterinary pain practitioner through the International Veterinary Academy for Pain Management (IVAPM) in 2013. She would go on to serve on the board of the IVAPM and subsequently as treasurer. In 2018 she founded Red Sage Integrative Veterinary Partners with Dr. Jessica Rychel in Fort Collins CO where she focuses on an integrative approach to pain and mobility management in a wide variety of patients and has grown to be a 7 doctor practice offering regenerative medicine, rehabilitation, palliative care, internal medicine, sports medicine, and pain management. In 2023 she achieved board certification through the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. She has published on acupuncture, pain management, iliopsoas injury in agility dogs, palliative care, and continues to have a special interest in pain management in complex cases and a multimodal approach to keeping pets active and mobile. She enjoys teaching and lecturing with a variety of organizations and continues to pursue research in pain management, sports medicine and rehabilitation. As a practice owner she is also committed to creating a sustainable and fulfilling practice environment for veterinary professionals. She lives in Fort Collins Colorado with her husband and two adventurous daughters and a full menagerie of pets.

Osteoarthritis Management
Kristin Kirkby Shaw, DVM, MS, PhD, DACVS, DACVSMR
Dr. Kristin Kirkby Shaw is a small animal surgeon and rehabilitation specialist with specific interest in osteoarthritis management. Kristin received her DVM, MS and PhD, and completed a small animal surgical residency at the University of Florida (Go Gators!). She spent 2 years as a clinical instructor at the University of Florida followed by 9 years in specialty referral practice in Seattle. Kristin then spent 3 years as a full-time veterinary educator while working for Zoetis as a pain and arthritis specialist. In 2024 Kristin returned to clinical practice at Bedrock Veterinary Specialists in Cornelius, North Carolina.
Kristin continues to enjoy many aspects of non-clinical work including being actively involved in several veterinary medical organizations. Kristin is past president of the American Association of Rehabilitation Veterinarians and President-Elect of the Veterinary Orthopedic Society. In 2019 she founded CARE (www.caninearthritis.org), a website dedicated to providing practical, evidence-based resources and tools for her clients and veterinary colleagues caring for dogs with osteoarthritis. Today CARE has over 7,000 members and has partnered with their UK “sister” site, Canine Arthritis Management to be the global leaders in canine osteoarthritis education.
Kristin currently lives in Davidson, North Carolina with her husband Aaron and two dogs, Arrow and Eddie. In her rare spare time, she enjoys running, yoga, hiking, baking and international travel.
