Dentistry
Mallory Kanwal DVM, DAVDC
Mallory Kanwal graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree with honors in Animal Science in 2013. She then stayed at Ohio State and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2017. After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Kanwal completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine, emergency, and surgery at VCA Great Lakes. Dr. Kanwal then pursued a three-year residency in Dentistry and Oral Surgery at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. She completed her residency and became a Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College as a board certified veterinary dentist.
Dr. Kanwal has special interests in juvenile and preventative care dentistry. In her free time, Dr. Kanwal enjoys hiking, kayaking and spending time with her husband and family.

Anesthesia
Katie Bennett, DVM, DACVAA
Katie Bennett is an anesthesiologist at Veterinary Specialty Center, a large referral hospital in the Chicagoland area. Dr. Bennett did her undergraduate and veterinary school training at Purdue University, followed by a Small Animal Rotating Internship at Washington State University and an Anesthesia Residency at the University of Tennessee. She is passionate about providing tools and resources for the veterinary community in regards to anesthesia and pain management. Her professional interests include brachycephalic dog anesthesia, opioid-free anesthetic techniques, and aggressive patient management. Dr. Bennett also loves to read, bake, and spend time with her 3 dogs: 2 Australian shepherds and one chihuahua. She is also currently training for the 2024 Chicago Marathon.
