In case of cancellation of guest rooms by a guest responsible for his/her room, later than March
3rd, 2025 (30 days prior to the group arrival), full penalty charge for the complete stay will be
applied to the credit card that the guest used to make the reservation of the room in the link
provided by the resort.
Reservations require a deposit equal to one night's stay. Additional nights will be billed 30 days prior to arrival. Upon check-in, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card. All accounts must be settled in full upon departure.

Holly Brown, DVM, PhD, DACVP
Dr. Holly Brown received her DVM from the University of Georgia and worked in small animal private practice in Colorado and North Carolina. She returned to UGA for a residency in clinical pathology and additionally obtained her doctorate degree in pathology, studying Cytauxzoon felis infection in domestic and wild cats. After completion of her residency and PhD, Dr. Brown remained on as a faculty member at UGA where she served as a diagnostic clinical pathologist, instructor, and collaborative researcher. Dr. Brown then joined Metzger Animal Hospital’s large general and referral practice in State College, PA as an on-staff clinical pathologist. There she sees a wide variety of diagnostic submissions and enjoys playing an important role at the interface of diagnostic testing and patient care. Dr. Brown fulfills her passion for teaching providing mentorship opportunities and continuing education lectures and wetlabs.

Andrew Hanzlicek, DVM, MS, DACVIM (SAIM)
Andrew Hanzlicek, DVM, MS, DACVIM (SAIM), is a veterinary internal medicine specialist with more than 15 years of professional experience in private practice, academia, and industry. Dr. Hanzlicek lectures in the pre-clinical curriculum at multiple veterinary colleges and provides continuing veterinary education around the world.
Dr. Hanzlicek’s research interests are in the areas of infectious disease, hematology, and whole blood coagulation. Working in a small animal referral hospitals for over 14 years, he has clinical experience in all areas of small animal internal medicine and related sub-specialties.
Dr. Hanzlicek earned a BS in Agriculture Sciences, MS in Biomedical Sciences, and DVM degree from Kansas State University. He completed post-graduate clinical training at Texas A&M University and Kansas State University.
